Pastor Kirk and Pastor Shianne became the lead pastors of Love of Christ Church in September 2022. They graduated from Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, Texas, over 20 years ago, and immediately launched into full-time ministry. Prior to coming to Love of Christ Church, they served as pastors and in other ministry capacities from Texas to Alabama, and places in between.

The Pearsons are a fun and engaging couple, whose vast ministry experiences, relational style, and creativity bring a warm and dynamic approach to leadership! They love God, love people, and want to see them experience a life-giving relationship with Christ and pursue the abundant life God has for them. They also have a huge heart for investing in the next generation, a passion for showing Christ’s love to our community, and a vision for advancing the gospel – locally, nationally, and internationally.

Pastors Kirk and Shianne have been married 21 years, and are blessed with two children, Landon, who currently attends ministry school, and "Kate the Great," a junior-high student!
